The verification email still has not…Terrible engineering and ripped assets—Avoid their Heavy Mandalorian files.
The verification email still has not arrived to have my review placed online. Go figure. Title: Terrible engineering and ripped assets—Avoid their Heavy Mandalorian files. I purchased the Heavy Mandalorian files from Galactic Armory expecting a premium, print-ready cosplay set, but it was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. • Zero Assembly Support: The files came with absolutely no instructions or diagrams. I literally had to hunt down reference photos on the internet just to figure out how the armor pieces were supposed to fit together. • Awful Engineering & Fit: The tolerances and connection points are nonexistent. The parts did not line up or fit together correctly at all, forcing me to step in and manually redesign multiple pieces myself just to make them wearable. • Lazy Modeling: Several parts of the suit look like they just 3D-scanned a small toy or action figure and upscaled it without optimizing it for actual human proportions. • Stolen/Watermarked Heavy Cannon: To make matters worse, the heavy cannon included with the set was covered in another company’s logos. It didn’t fit together properly either, making it obvious they are bundling poorly optimized, unoriginal assets. If you are a Mandalorian customer looking for a clean, well-engineered build, look elsewhere. This was a horrible job on their end and a massive waste of time and filament.
