Product Fantastic. Delivery Service Terrible.

This is a further edit of my original post and first edit - both below! I have updated my rating from 1 star to 4 because the the product I ordered and finally received (the deluxe Faux Leather Dog Car Seat Booster Bed - Urban Voyager) is fantastic. It looks great, is well made, enhances my dogs' safety when travelling in the car, and fits my 2 miniature dachshunds perfectly. The product deserves a 5 star rating, but the post order customer service, especially the awful delivery company, lets FunnyFuzzy down. This is an edit of my original post (below). My parcel arrived today, delivered by a company called iMile - the driver just threw my parcel over the fence and it was left in full view of passers-by. No attempt was made to alert me to the delivery, even though I was home. From the date of placing the order to delivery, no tracking information was provided. Reviews of iMile are scathing. Why is FunnyFuzzy using such an incompetent, lazy, unprofessional delivery service? It does not reflect well on you and spoils the customer experience. Terrible customer service. I placed my order for a deluxe Faux Leather Dog Car Seat Booster Bed - Urban Voyager on 24 August. My order was confirmed the same day. Since then I have not received any further information about the status of my order and when I check the tracking information, there is no tracking information provided. I followed up (by email) on 8 Sept (no response) and again today - the 10 Sept. I find it interesting that the only reviews FunnyFuzzy appears to respond to are the positive reviews (which are in the minority). The vast majority of reviews, which are negative reviews, appear to be ignored. It is not difficult to provide good customer service - if there is a will, there is a way.
