- 1 star for delivery taking too long (almost 2 months)

Really a good company and a good product, the only problem is the delay is more than the specified time and my goods were delayed for a long time and I am a customer

The covers were just what I wanted. They fit perfectly. Had a little wait but that was the tariff problem.

The bed is amazing! I purchased a X-Large per size chart and it is to small. I will keep it but I need an xxlarge. Also it took a bit longer to receive this and the communication was not customer friendly.

Product is very well made and looks great. Material reminded me of the old durable Chevy truck seats but stylish. Delivery was extraordinarily long. At one point I almost gave up that we weren’t gonna get it. I would’ve given a five star other than the time gap that we had to wait to get.

Super contente des produits ! J’ai juste trouvé dommage l’envoi en deux colis. Même si le deuxième a été un peu long, c’est important pour moi de retrouver la patience et d’éviter trop de transports.

Even though I had to wait an entire month (due to Trumps Tariffs) I received my cooling car seat,can't wait to used it for an upcoming car trip with my dog Rudy!. I look forward to receiving a 10% discount for my patience.Thank you.

I like the product but it’s not a tight fit although you tried and so did I. I do realize that a sofa cover is difficult to fit everyone’s needs. Thank you
