Took way too long on delivery

I ordered the orthopaedic dog bed and it was disappointing It was just foam and the foam isn’t enough to fill the bed not really value for money.

It took 6 months for my order to arrive. I enjoy the items purchased. But, really 6 months to show up! I would have cancelled if I didn't fear not getting my money back. That's why I waited on the order.

The couch covers would rate 5 stars. The 3 stars reflect delivery time. From the time of ordering to deliver was about a month and a half. There was no useful tracking information.

The sweater itself is nice but it took wayyyyyyyy too long to receive. I waited almost two months. I wish I would’ve read the shipping info before purchasing. The sweater came after the season I needed it for.

Product is nice. But it took 7 weeks to get it and communication with the company is difficult.

Took over a month and half to get my order. For first four to five weeks no one could tell me where my order was in the system Tracking numbers dud not work until the last week before delivery
