Too long to receive the order, more than 20 days

I'm happy with these sofa covers and would buy again. They fit my sofas perfectly. They look great and both shades suit our neutrals-blue-grey decor (I bought a pair of cream and a pair of light blue covers). They are comfortable and the non-slip backing works well. They look and feel good quality although I haven't as yet tested them in the washing machine. The price seems very reasonable considering the nice quality. I'm giving a 4 rather than 5 star rating as they took a long time to arrive.

The pad is soft and the dogs. Had hope it was waterproof but isn't.

The product I received was smaller than I hoped it would be. It was a little difficult to figure out how to put it together so that it worked properly. I was charged for it before I even received it and I had to email the company to find out why I hadn’t received it. But all worked out well.

I was concerned when placing an order for protective covers for an outdoor sofa set due to previous negative reviews. However I am pleased to say my order arrived within a couple of weeks and I am very happy with it. I contacted customer service via email to check on progress of my order having heard nothing of the progress for the first week and heard back from customer service within a day with full tracking information. The cushion covers fit well and do the job I bought them for. Very pleased
