The product is high quality material, beautifully crafted and pet resistant The reason for not giving 5 stars was the enormous wait time. This could be due to imposition of tariffs or other current shipping issues.

I LOVE it - but took a really long time to receive!

So I'm pleasantly surprised with quality of this product. I did not have the highest of expectations based on the measurements and I sent 3 emails to customer service, sent a Facebook message and an instagram message and never heard back for weeks. I wanted more information on the measurements as my sofa is extra large and wide. I took a chance even though I did not hear back from them. The material is much nicer than I expected, the backing on the fabric is great, it does not move. I thought I would need to constantly adjust but I don't have to at all and the sizing is what I had hoped for. I haven't tested out if it's water proof yet but looks much better than I had anticipated.

I waited months for my order and I’m still waiting on one . I received two couch covers and I’m very happy with the product . I have doubts about the delivery, mainly because I ordered it before the order I received ??
