Well the product is good but it took two mi the to receive it. I was worried funny fuzzy was a scam at first. At least customer service was good about replying to my questions.

The quality of the product is excellent and exactly what I wanted. However. It took over 2.5 months to get here. .

Un peu déçue , les mesures ne sont pas bonnes ou mal indiquées. Service après vente assez réactif mais livraison très / trop longue, en tout 3 mois. Quant aux lits… la taille M n’est pas mal mais la taille xxl ne se tient pas, trop molle pour un chien de 40kg.

Produit très correct,par contre vous m’avez livré 20 jours après le paiement sans aviser en français de ce trop long délai.Au final je suis satisfait.

Der Bezug des Hundekorbs ist schön, allerdings ist das Innenleben keinesfalls so robust wie es auf den Fotos aussieht. Es besteht aus 4 mit Flocken befüllten Kissen und keines ist so gefüllt, dass man von Stabilität reden könnte. Orthopädisch seh ich auch nicht. Habe gehofft etwas zu bekommen, was sich nicht so leicht durchliegen lässt. Das sehe ich hier nicht. Keine Anleitung und Pflegehinweise und schon sehr lange Lieferzeit. Für den Bezug 5 Sterne, insgesamt dann aufgerundete 3.

J’ai commandé un réhausseur pour siège auto pour chiens le 15 janvier. N’ayant aucune nouvelle malgré ma relance et ne pouvant pas accéder au suivi colis malgré le numéro donné par funnyfuzzy, j’ai ouvert un litige via Paypal. Funnyfuzzy a tout de suite répondu et m’a tenue au courant du suivi colis. J’ai reçu le colis hier 27 janvier. Plutôt assez rapide pour un article envoyé de Chine. Privilégiez le paiement avec Paypal afin d’être couvert.
