I've used fs.com for fibre cabling, SFP modules and other items over the years. Everything has worked perfectly, and is far cheaper than OEM or other outlets for the same product. Our account manager has been very friendly, easy to deal with and the DHL shipping is top notch. Things arrive very quickly. I would highly recommend fs.com.

I'm going to keep this simple. I have had dealings with FS for a number of years. Despite the 12 hr time zone difference, and sometimes an issue with Chinese to English wording, I have had some of the best customer service experiences with them since the pandemic made a mess of everything. The cables and fiber modules I have purchased from them work flawlessly.

Good product, good price, excellent service. Even though our order was small your representative Lora paid careful attention to our order to make sure all went smoothly. That is very much appreciated

We use FS for years now, and their quality and services deserves some recognition: their transceivers run flawlessly for years now and generally appear high quality, but cost a fraction of what Juniper & Co. wants for their stuff.

My sales rep always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm satisfied with my purchases, and to also help me make informed decisions on purchases before placing my orders. In addition, FS' products are of the highest quality and come at an extremely reasonable price! I would highly recommend FS' products to network admins who are looking for top-tier products at an affordable price.
