Great service and website

I'm new to FS.com and have recently bought some items. Their customer support told me straight away if the items were compatible, prices are competitive and my appointed account manager Suzy Zhou was very friendly, prompt in her help and I appreciate her help.

Account manager quotes, accepts order and follows the order through to delivery. Any delays they look after it.

Really helpful, fast shipping (split order, part from China and part from local warehouse), plus good quality products are a fair price.

Quick response to queries; Prices are generally very good and shipping is fast. Good quality gear.

Serena is brilliant! Very supportive and super organised.

Very helpful support team who picked up an ordering error and contacted by email to describe error and to explain correct item.

My Acc managers have been awesome to deal with and delivery has always been fast and reliable even for the odd requests that I have had
