Very disappointed. Bought a reasonably good product (Drifter outdoor speaker) but charging port broke within two weeks of use. The best they could do for me was offer to sell me a new one at a discounted price. Disgraceful

Received 2 pairs of earbuds, one did not work. Have emailed the company three times with no response. After posting this post did get an email from company that they would replace. When we returned from vacation we had a new pair waiting

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, BOUGHT THE FREEZE PIPE DID NOT WORK. I SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS TO "ISSAC" WITH NO WORD BACK. THE PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK AND THEY WAITED UNTIL AFTER THE SO CALLED "WARRANTY" WAS UP STILL HAVE NOT RESPONDED BACK I JUST WANTED TO GET ONE THAT WORKED!!! I WILL BE ALSO FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB. DO. NOT. BUY. FROM. THEM.

This "schwartz" guy is a professional scam artist. I got a fake tracking number from what I thought was the U S post office. When I addressed this matter, I got no response from him. I paid for 93 dollars worth of merchandise, promised to be delivered July 5, and never got it. I just want my money back.
