My PM Lara was incredible. We worked brilliantly together and she was communicative, great at punting when things arose neither of us expected and collaborative. All important when dealing with a project of our size. Although there are some fine tune items I would do differently, overall I was proud of what we did and very happy with the outcome.

Megan Silver has done an amazing job on multiple projects with me. She was originally available with very little notice when my clients were in town. We were on the same page as far as recommended upgrades and her design choices were exceptional. She managed all aspects of the remodel including budget, timeline, and client updates flawlessly. I would welcome the opportunity to work with her again and/or recommend her services to others.

Cygridh Rooney is an excellent project manager/designer. She went above and beyond to make sure the project is on schedule and jobs are properly done. Her communication skill is also excellent . Both the seller and I appreciate very much her competence, diligence and professionalism.

Jill and her team were always on top of everything and available to give updates. Not to mention the transformation was incredible!

Freemodel performed an incredible transformation of our family home before we put it up for sale. The business model they have developed is perfect for homeowners to, in effect, "flip" their own home before selling it. The work was done well and in a timely manner. The whole process was easy and we received weekly updates on the project. Our project manager also did a great job choosing and coordinating all the interior design elements.

Lara Richmond from Freemodel was a lifesaving Goddess! I cannot recommend her highly enough. As a realtor I depend upon project managers who can integrate seamlessly with my aesthetic, timeline, communication style and energy level. I also need them to be able to work with my clients, honoring their vision and emotional needs. Selling a home is stressful for everyone involved, drama and personality are not needed in the process and Lara is the source of calming and reason. Her design skills are excellent. Her experience is stellar. I will use her again and again!

Having the opportunity to work with Sue Lennon again was such a joy. She and her team transformed my client's home on a tight budget and enabled her to increase her proceeds by over $50,000 which was a huge help towards her move to Portugal. The Freemodel business plan creates a win-win-win situation for the seller, agent, and Freemodel team. I highly recommend Freemodel to all my clients and look forward to the chance to work with Sue again.
