The service was Excellant. The process was explained throughly and what exactly would be done. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

Mrs. Tereca Williams-Storr was extremely polite and courteous. She explained my credit report & the steps needed to rectify the situation. She was very knowledgeable about the process and how it works. She further promised to work with me & be available for any questions I might have. A very compassionate & understanding person providing the "personal touch" to an ugly situation; an old-fashioned characteristic missing in customer care today.
