FreedommunitionsReviews of freedommunitions.com

I've had several other orders with Freedom Munitions and the delivery communication and ammo were all good. I had been waiting over 5 weeks for their Hush 300 blk out to get back in stock. The second I received the email saying it was back in stock I placed an order of 300 rounds immediately. I received an order confirmation. I understand ammo orders can take a while to ship. After waiting 9 days with no shipping and still unfulfilled, I sent an e-mail checking on the status. Then I received an immediate auto response saying it would be 2 to 3 days before they could respond to the email. At Day 13 still no response. I emailed again. Then I called. Got sent to voicemail. I left all my info and order number. No response. Day 14 had to leave another voicemail. No response. Day 16 still nothing, no communication. Then on day 16 | literally received an email asking me to do a review on this ammo I ordered and never received. I darn sure left my review. I Never leave bad reviews I own businesses and do it as a last resort. Update: Day 17 I received an email saying the projectiles for the ammo they just received were incorrect and did I want to cancel my order because they did not know when they would get more. So, they email you telling you a product you waited for 5 weeks was now in stock, you place the order and they have not made the ammo yet and they don’t even have the components yet.

Freedom munitions has got some issues with their shipping department. Two orders showed up in disarray; funny thing is the outer shipping box was fine. Inside the ammo was loose from the boxes, almost like the boxes were damaged. When the packed it, they put in the box in such as way that the ammo came out and spilled all over the inside of the box. I brought this up to Terri Pierce at Freedom and she asked me to send pictures, which I did. Then she asked for pictures of the box, which I did. No damage to the shipping box at all. She claimed there was extra tape in it and that it was UPS. there was no extra tape on the box. I explained I wasn’t looking for a discount or anything other than for the issue to be dealt with. I guess that was too much to ask as she replied saying she can’t be responsible for UPS.

Ordered many times. Only issue was two misfeeds on reman .556. Out of 500. Never any issues with new brass in .556, .308 or 9mm

No problems with any of the ammo, 9mm and 223. Shipping is a little slow. Waiting on an order now, a week old and not shipped yet.

I have purchased from this company for over 2 years now. Never had an issue with orders , reordering or delivery dates ! I shoot both, Reloads & new ammo this stuff is top notch !!

Great Products with fast shipping.
