I purchased a fragrance with them on 03/27 at shop.app, they created the shipment on 03/31 and never sent the package to the UPS store. I am trying to contact them by email, all social media, phone number, and nothing. One of the emails is returning as inactive, and that's it, no answer at all.

Thank you for your feedback. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. While international shipping can sometimes take longer due to customs and carrier delays beyond our control, we’re glad your order was successfully shipped.
