Fractional Firm AcademyAbout Fractional Firm Academy
Fractional Firm Academy helps fractional CFOs, accounting and bookkeeping firm owners, and experienced finance leaders build a client acquisition system that brings in retainer clients consistently, without relying on referrals. Most finance professionals are excellent at the work but were never taught how to sell it. Their growth depends on word of mouth, their pricing is based on hours instead of value, and their pipeline swings between busy and empty. Fractional Firm Academy fixes that with a clear, repeatable process for positioning, pricing, outreach, and closing. Our programs are built for professionals who already have real finance expertise, such as CFOs, controllers, finance directors, CPAs, and firm owners, and who are ready to invest in growing a firm of their own. What we offer:Fractional Firm Blueprint™: a self-paced course with step-by-step modules, templates, and outreach scripts covering niche selection, offer design, pricing, and client acquisition. The FFA Accelerator: a hands-on coaching program for firm owners who want personalized support. Members get a custom 90-day game plan, direct access to our founder through a private Slack channel, and coaching on sales calls, pricing, and client delivery.Fractional Firm Academy was founded by Robert Gomez, a former Senior Finance Manager at Microsoft who has served as a fractional CFO and FP&A advisor for companies ranging from VC-backed startups to an $80M consumer brand. He built FFA to teach the same systems he uses to win and serve clients in his own practice.Whether you’re launching your firm or scaling an existing one, Fractional Firm Academy gives you the structure and support to grow with confidence.Learn more at fractionalfirmacademy.com
