I ordered 4 different items from US websites and used this company's third-party shipping service to get them delivered. This was my first time using a package forwarding service, so I spent quite a bit of time doing my homework and researching which company to trust—and I am so glad I made the right choice! • Amazing User Interface: Their system is incredibly user-friendly, clean, and simple to navigate. Best of all, the interface was fully available in my native language, not just English! They also display actual photos of the items received at the warehouse, which provides great peace of mind. • Professional Repacking: I requested them to consolidate and repack all 4 items into a single, uniform box. They did an excellent job with the packaging. • Excellent Customer Support: Their customer service on WhatsApp was highly responsive, helpful, and very service-oriented whenever I had a question, and i sure did. • Fast and Secure: While there are cheaper alternatives on the market, their impressive speed and reliability are worth every penny. I felt completely safe and secure shipping my items through them from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free and fast shipping experience from the US!

Super reliable and fast. Used a different provider, if I wanted my stuff ripped or broken or damaged go with MYUS. If you want the opposite. Go with Forwardme.

The service was excellent! Overall, I had a great experience and there were very few issues. The only suggestion I would make is to improve the packaging for shipping. For example, it would be better to leave the lid/bag in place rather than removing it from the package, unless the customer specifically requests otherwise. That said, this was only a minor point and did not affect my overall experience. I’m still very impressed with the quality of the service and really appreciate the effort. Thank you! I also wanted to point out to you that when I log into my account, I should review my order details again. Because after payment, the details disappeared... it was as if nothing was there. I was only receiving an email.
