Hi Gilles, Mike here, founder & CEO of FormsPal.com. First and foremost, please accept my sincere apology for not having the best possible experience with our service. I have personally double checked with our customer support as well as logged in to all our inboxes myself and, unfortunately, I was unable to find any communication regarding your account. If you could clarify where and when you've messaged us, it would be extremely helpful (please send directly to [email protected]). Also we have located and cancelled your subscription to ensure that you won't be billed after your 7-day trial ends. Thank you for using formspal.com, your feedback is very valuable and helps us serve our customers better. Mike.
