Scam site. I have been waiting over a month for Thank You cards. Shipping was absolutely ridiculous. May as well have walked it here. Tracking information was stalled until I sent an email request to check on it, then they sent a link saying it was in my city on the 16th. It's September 28th and still nothing. Wish I would have found these reviews first. Total scam 😒

Have been waiting well over month for delivery. No response to emails sent. Happy to delete/edit this review once parcel received, but at this stage fear I have been scammed.

Ordered the ‘dog cooling mats’!! What a load of rubbish they are. Flimsy bits of cloth, no cooling powers, dangerous as they are so flimsy when the dogs try to stand they slip and their legs go in all directions. Would definitely NOT recommend.

A scam site. They copied a video of a real product as their own, marketed on FB, and I fell for it. Claims to be made in the US and shipped from the US but I got 2 fake tracking numbers from France and China. Search their address, it doesn't exist. Their "About" page is super generic. The positive reviews are likely fake.

Horrible service. They claim "super fast delivery"; it's anything but super fast. Placed order 13 days ago, product still in Norway for past 10 days with unknown date it will be delivered to USA. I have contacted customer service a few times and they were no help. Wished I had never made purchase with Formerbeyond.com. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute this purchase. Avoid Formereyond.com at all costs unless you want to be frustrated and lied too...

I ordered a set of batteries with a charger. After some time the package arrived but did not include the batteries. Many emails later the company offered me a laughable compensation. I got ripped off.

I have been waiting for my order since the beginning of the year. They said they deliver, I am retired and at home everyday and have not recv'd it. Nine emls later, still waiting. Contacting my bank for remedies. Bad service
