Our reps change constantly. The Accounting department doesn't follow up on tickets. Once we were charged twice and no one would answer our tickets or emails. Even though the platform and functionality is good, their customer service is poor.

The form is effective enough. It's just that there are bugs still present. For example there are times when saving webhook actions end up with an error : "This Action will not execute because the conditional settings are invalid". But the thing is we never setup any conditions for that action. The fix we came up was to delete the action, then set it up again.. which is a little awkward. Another one for consideration is better support and documentation. Really it's hard to dig for basic answers with this tool for now.. For example, something simple as modifying the default values of a component at runtime is something you have to get by asking in the forums. Why can't we have a section in the documentation that addresses that in the first place? All in all I believe that the tool can improve over time.. and that hopefully someday using FormIO even for a beginner like me would be a fun experience. By then I'd be willing to change this review

Poor scalability

Great tool, but not oriented to comply with company's products. Instead of focusing on making possible to a non-developer to develop his own software, I think it should focus more on dynamic form integrations with external APIs and other dynamic tools like Camunda. It's still possible to do integration with it, but require some manual work in between.
