My initial experience
I thought the response time as I was getting my prescription settled was relatively decent. There was some confusion and I was initially prescribed the wrong serum. Had I not caught that, I would be using something I should not have for my age. The topical ointment is easy to use. I don't necessarily care for the smell or how it makes my hair feel after application, but I am going to bed afterwards so I can live with it 😊
