We take customer feedback seriously, but we also believe that reviews should be based on genuine purchasing experiences and verifiable facts. ForexCopilotEA was established only recently, and many of our existing customers came from our previous Etsy sales. We have a purchase history that we can use to verify transactions, and based on our current records, we have found no evidence supporting the allegations made in this review. The reviewer appears to use Tesla as part of the accusation, but the claims presented do not align with the information available to us. We have also found no record of any buyer purchasing source code from us, making the allegations particularly questionable. We are committed to providing legitimate trading software and maintaining a transparent relationship with our customers. We do not take accusations of misconduct lightly, especially when they appear unsupported by verifiable evidence. We will report this review to Trustpilot and request an investigation into its authenticity, including whether the reviewer identity and the claims made comply with the platform's review guidelines. We welcome genuine feedback from verified customers and will continue to address legitimate concerns professionally. We stand by our business practices and encourage prospective customers to evaluate our products based on verifiable information, genuine customer experiences, and the evidence available.
