I posted a review about how this company took money from my credit card about a week ago. I complained and they unexpectedly emailed me and informed me that they would refund my 49.00 and apologized... Well to my surprise I was refunded my money! So I want everyone to know that this company IS NOT A SCAM. It is legit.

I love the email alerts. It helps us monitor all the areas we're looking to invest in. I only wish foreclosure.com would do SMS messaging of new listings.

My husband and I have been using foreclosure.com for the last eight months and have found it to have accurate and up-to-date distressed listings online. The customer service manager is very helpful (Andy). We give them FIVE Stars!

I found some great home listings on this website that I could not find anywhere else. They have daily alert emails that show you new homes that pop up in your area. You can find out about a property that hit the market before anyone else.
