Received the printer but it was damaged. Called customer service and emailed pictures of the damage but have not received a call back.

Part of the product was defective. When I returned it and asked for a replacement, I was told they were out of stock. Got a refund but had to look elsewhere to reorder.

The ordering was easy, but according to Manfrotto it's possibly a Grey market item. The scanner UPC was wiped off.

I placed an order with same day shipping and paid extra for that. I placed order in the am and they didn't send it out the same day but the next day. I placed order on Monday and received it on Friday even though it said 2 day shipping...... Not happy I didn't get my extra spent money back since they didn't hold up their part. Besides that the camera and lense got to me in great condition and I. Ant wait to use it for my next photo shoot

The screen on the laptop is grainy. Its noticeable and looks oily.

I bought a pair of headphones from their site, and then never received any shipping confirmation. A month later they "refunded" me 75% of my money with no explanation as to why they never sent the product or why they decided to keep part of my money. I had to email them to get them to refund the rest of my money. Finally after a 3rd email, they explained that UPS hadn't been able to deliver the product and sent me a tracking number which verified this. At least they refunded my whole order.
