Very Satisfied
The advantage booking with them is that you can get the full business class experience. They book not only with miles so I didn’t loose access to the lounge. I’ll be their loyal customer forever!

Expected To Save More
Expected to pay less, but was satisfied with their rewards ticket. Their ads are a bit misleading, but I ended up paying 30% less than what I would have paid if I had purchases the ticket directly from the airline. I will recommend them though to anyone who wants to save money on first class.
