It really damage the trust to a Company when it is based on subscription through a AppStore and it is nearly impossible to unsubscripe. I did a trial and forgot to unsunscripe. Fair enough I take that on my behalf. But when I then start the proces to unsunscripe only to find out that it is mission impossible I’d say they would need a serious upgrade otherwise they Will only get badwill.
