Flowsign has made handling contracts much easier for our team. The AI-generated contracts are surprisingly helpful, and the QR code signing feature is very convenient. Being able to use a real handwritten signature is a nice touch. Overall, it’s a straightforward and efficient tool for getting documents signed.

I have been using flow sign and the service is excellent and the response is very fast.

I recently started using FlowSign for managing contracts in my small business, and overall, it has been a fantastic addition to our workflow. Here’s my honest take: What I Love About FlowSign Templates Feature: Absolute game-changer! Being able to set up reusable document templates with pre-defined signature fields has saved me hours of repetitive work. It’s especially useful for frequently used forms like contracts, NDAs, and tax documents. User-Friendly Interface: The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for someone who isn’t very tech-savvy. Setting up documents, sending them, and tracking their status is seamless. Transparent Pricing: Unlike other tools that surprise you with hidden costs, FlowSign’s pricing is clear and affordable, especially for small businesses. Mobile Access: I can manage documents on the go, which is invaluable when I’m traveling or working remotely. Where It Could Improve Integrations: While FlowSign works well on its own, adding integrations with more popular tools (like additional CRMs or accounting platforms) would make it even more versatile. Advanced Customization: For businesses with unique workflows, some advanced customization options for templates or branding would be helpful. Final Thoughts FlowSign is a highly efficient, SMB-focused e-signature solution that has significantly streamlined my document management. While it may not have all the bells and whistles of some larger platforms, it more than makes up for it with simplicity, affordability, and time-saving features like Templates. If you’re running a small business and need a reliable way to handle contracts and documents, FlowSign is definitely worth a try!

I'm in love with FlowSign. It is just simple to send and sign a document. I also loved the possibility of having templates for day-to-day documents.
