The no delivery florist
This is a flower delivery company, not a clothing company. Except they didn't send the flowers I ordered on Mother's Day and didn't contact me to say there was a problem. I filled out a form on their website and now the flowers are rescheduled for delivery 2 days late. And still no response or explanation. Very poor service
