FlodeskReviews of flodesk.com

As a photographer, educator, and business owner, I’ve tested several email marketing platforms over the years, and Flodesk has honestly been one of the easiest and most visually beautiful systems I’ve used. What initially drew me in was the design experience. The templates, forms, and workflows are incredibly polished and modern without requiring advanced tech skills or coding knowledge. I’m able to create stunning lead magnet forms, welcome sequences, sales emails, and client nurture workflows that truly reflect my brand aesthetic. One of my favorite features is how simple Flodesk makes automation. Setting up workflows for new leads, client onboarding, and nurturing campaigns feels intuitive instead of overwhelming. As someone who values both beauty and efficiency in business, Flodesk gives me both. I also love that the platform allows creatives and entrepreneurs to create professional email marketing experiences without spending hours trying to figure things out. The visual editor is clean, easy to use, and makes designing emails actually enjoyable. If you are a creative entrepreneur, photographer, coach, or small business owner looking for an email marketing platform that combines automation with beautiful branding, I highly recommend Flodesk.

Flodesk is an easy to use and affordable application that allows me to create my weekly emails to my clients. I love the templates and how I can customize them to support my brand and message. There is also a supportive staff who responds to any questions I have ! I highly recommend Flodesk!

I started using Flodesk over 3 years ago, a 1 year after starting my social media marketing business, and honestly I wish I'd found it sooner. Prior to that I was using Mailchimp, which yes, was great in some areas, but if I'm being honest I struggled with the user experience as a beginner and the pricing was a hit, especially in the first year of business. Flodesk, in comparison, was a dream. Pricing is based on subscribers not emails sent, meaning my (many) automations weren't clocking up crazy bills. As a brand-first strategist, I also love that Flodesk is built around your visual identity, with custom fonts, your palette, and a consistent look across every email, form, and landing page. And it's super easy to customise. The main winner for me though, is the overall user experience. The team behind Flodesk are always listening to feedback, and regularly implementing new updates and integrations. Highly recommend giving it a try.

One of my favorite marketing tools is Flodesk, which I use for newsletter marketing. The best aspects of the platform are definitely the visuals and the very user-friendly interface. Anyone can build attractive newsletter in no time! It is also very easy to create sales funnels and various automations. I highly recommend the Flodesk platform to anyone who wants to start email marketing.

I’m a designer who runs a design studio and a matcha business, and Flodesk is my go-to recommendation for clients looking to get started with email marketing. It’s super intuitive to use, and with the Canva integration, it’s so easy to translate all my designs into email campaigns. Love Flodesk!

I've been using Flodesk for OVER four years and cannot speak more highly of it. Not only are the designs gorgeous and very customizable, but it's also EXTREMELY user-friendly, and it's aided my business growth greatly. I connect every single freebie to it, I have my weekly calendar drops sent through Flodesk, and it's such a great experience overall. Plus the team is so helpful and kind. One of my favorite tools!!!

Okay, so I started using Flodesk back in 2021 when I was brand new to email marketing. I actually made so many mistakes in my early days with email marketing, but Flodesk has made it easy for me to "clean up" house by segmenting my correct audiences. Also, they have made the learning process easy for me through the years because I have VERY limited time (being a mom AND a full time business owner) so their easy to understand tutorials and tech support have been a true godsend for this busy mama! I will say this, my most favorite feature of Flodesk is pre scheduling out emails. I know, I know, that may sound lame, but hear me out: I like to batch out my emails to certain segments of my audience because of my limited time. And with summer break coming up (and summer vacations with little ones coming up) I want to be 100% engaged and focused on my family time in the summer. So, in order to make that goal happen, one thing I do is batch out (write out) my newsletters, and then I pre-schedule them. Flodesk has made that process incredibly easy for me. AND if I need to go in and edit a scheduled post, I can easily do that (without ruining any tech). Also, those prescheduled emails, they can also be sent out to very specific audience members on your email list (which is VERY nice)! Anyway, I love that I have been using this email service provider for well over 5 years now and I know that they are getting better and better as they grow as a company, so I am planning on sticking with them! :)

I'll be real — I put off email marketing for way too long because every platform I tried felt like it was built for tech people, not creatives. Flodesk changed that for me completely. The designs are stunning out of the box, and they actually look like my brand. I'm not spending hours wrestling with clunky templates or compromising on aesthetics just to get something sent. My emails look like an extension of my website, and for a brand photographer, that consistency matters. The workflows have been a genuine game-changer for my business. I have automations running in the background that keep past clients warm and coming back — and when it comes to my mini sessions, my email list is honestly one of my biggest booking drivers. I fill spots year-round because I've built a list of people who are already invested and ready to say yes. That kind of relationship-building is something social media just can't replicate. My email community shows up differently than followers do. If you're a photographer or creative entrepreneur who wants email marketing that looks beautiful, runs on autopilot, and actually fills your calendar — Flodesk is the one I keep recommending.
