Same SCAM!!! Avoid using this company at all cost. Pay more and actually get your flight elsewhere, it's worth it. This company cancelled out cheap flight and called to offer another option for hundreds more. Not worth the waste of time.

Scam! Scam! Careful! Careful! Awful experience with this company. I booked the flights for 3 persons and 3 hours later they called me that flight is not confirmed as there is no seat while i called the Airline and they said there are plenty of seats available. They canceled the booking because prices went up and they are not providing what announced and offered. They offer cheap price once you booked, they call you back, cancel the booking and offer you option with triple price. Customer service is Zero.First he thought i am Pakistani so 20 time he said F**ck you Pakistani. When i said i am not Pakistani he started F**ck Bangladesh people. He is threatening me that i have your address and family members name. I had thousands trip but never had such bad experience when booking ticket. It is a scam. Be careful.

BUYER BEWARE! Be careful when booking. My co workers and I booked flights to a conference with Flights Nest. All 3 of us had our credit card information compromised. I was notified by my credit card company and had to cancel my card. Purchases of over $1,500 were put on my card without my authorization. After contacting Flights Nest I was told it wasn’t their fault. Which seems strange as all 3 of us had our cards compromised. I wrote a review here on Trust Pilot about my experience and was instantly contacted and asked to take my review down or they would cancel the flight I booked with them. I felt harassed. I responded that I would like a refund. They said if I took down my review I would get my refund. I still have not received it.

Dear Guest, Thanks for sharing your feedback and we are very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied. We Sincerely apologize that we did not exceed the standards and didn't meet your expectations as sometimes the situation gets beyond our reach because of the sudden changes in the prices and policies governed by the airlines. I understand that this sounds very frustrating and disappointing but we unfortunately can't do much about it as the prices and policies are governed by the airlines and they have full rights to withdraw any fares/policies at any given time under the disclaimer section provided by them to the travel agencies. However it goes without saying that you would prefer your customer to discuss issues with you in person, but even an overly emotional online review might contain a bit of insight. Negative feedback can shine light on blind spots and be a wake-up call for you and your team. We hope you will visit us again soon and we would like to offer you a $50 voucher each passenger towards your next booking with Flights Nest as a token of apology for the troubles that We've caused , Kindly email us at [email protected] to have your voucher code for the next trip and we would be very happy to serve you again !! Thanks Team Flightsnest
Advertised one price online for tickets, called me and told me tickets weren't available at that price. Offered to fly me to a different destination for the same price, but not where I needed to go. I can't believe this place is a "legit" company. Has scam written all over it.

Looking for prices online. Came across this mess. Had the lowest fares that I have seen online, however, after reading the reviews and seeing the poor ratings it has, I decided to call them directly to verify. Once on the phone, though they're based in Canada, their English is hard to understand because they are foreign nationals. Second, when I went to verify the price, what was posted online versus what she quoted me was off by more than $200 USD. I asked her why wasn't the website updated automatically or regularly and she gave me some poor excuse that wasn't legible. The website is a gimmick. Unless perhaps you book long in advance and compare with the actual pricing from that particular airline's website. Don't use them.

Don't trust Flights Nest. We just completed a booking for three seats for a flight at a total of $1087. A few minutes after we were done we received a phone call from a Flights Nest agent telling us there were no seats on the flight we just booked and wanted to up charge us $300 dollars for seats on the same flight. This has never happened to us before in 46 years of travel. It was a classic bait and switch scheme,

I booked tickets online for 3 people for $740 total including main cabin. I received a phone call a couple hours later saying that the flight was booked and my tickets were no longer available for that fee. On the phone someone was able to help me get other tickets but for more than double the price. I am quite unhappy about this. I shouldn't have been able to see the cheap tickets nor should I have been able to book them. It is false advertisement. The customer service person was nice and was able to help. I am just upset with the company.

Scam. Literally 4 hours after booking they call and try to double the price based on official airline prices....what a scam!! You book at $900 and they call wanting to charge me $1800....such bull. I cannot believe companies have the nerve to treat customers like this. It is false advertising and illegal.
