Stay away from purchasing air ticket booking from FareMakers for visa processing. They are known to sell fake tickets, bookings and charge user the hold price of the tickets.

Faremakers.com ISB office is a very shady place, which made my wife feel very uncomfortable. As I requested my wife to get this refund processed, the manager there did know anything and the other guy was rude to my wife telling her without even checking the ticket, even though when buying the ticket, I paid extra to make sure the ticket is refundable. I bought a ticket from Faremakers.com on Nov 23 and paid extra to make sure the ticket is refundable. However, I got the date changed to Aug 2 but due to work issues I requested a refund on 4 June 24. The person M. Awais Yaseen submitted the refund request case with the airline and I still do not have any response as he resigned. He said to contact Mr. Bilal Hussain, so I contacted the WhatsApp number 03111147111 but no response for 2 days now. Msg for CEO Asif Nafseer Khara of Faremakers.com, please look into this issue as your staff is not responding to customers. It seems you need a change of management in your ISB and Lahore office as they definitely aren’t doing a good job.
