Terrible terrible after sales service more horrible than the problem itself!
This company doesn't have time for their customers after their big sale and collection of payment. Terrible terrible after sales service, untrained agents, disrespectful putting you on hold for more than 30 mins! It's much more horrible than the problem itself!
