This is a scam
This is a scam. no "term and condition" and no "privacy policy" All links show "This job is no longer available". I received it via a message from a LinkedIn member.

It's highly likely that it is a scam website
It's highly likely that it is a scam website. There are two employees who have texted me with the same link in the course of 2 days. Both with quickly created linked in profiles. If you remove the URL params and try to land of the index page, It will look like the page was expecting a parameter which is common with scam websites done in a hurry. All links inside the website including terms and privacy is leading to the same pages.
