I gave a rating of ONE because Zero was not an option, I could never get bookkeeping staff to post transactions accurately even though most were recurring. After finally receiving last years financials, my accountant had to reconcile most of what they didn't do accurately. Do not waste your time, they are not skilled.

Communication is the worst I have dealt with. Recently have sent in email communications, two weeks later no response. They close the account at their leisure, which then you start getting declines with the credit card, hard to do business this way. Paid off the credit card and still unable to use, they have it cut off again. Do not recommend!

Never missed payment, corporate credit is great, owners credit is 800, had 170,000 limit used 34,000= account cancellation on zero notice

I opened an account with this company I had it for 8 months and al if a sudden my card started to be declined without any notification they closed my account. I have now checked them out online and read the reviews and it appears to be there standard protocol. I could not get any information when I called I had to write a letter and a month later I received a notice your account is closed no reason. I have excellent credit they automatically take the payment from your account and never had an issue. The only think I think is I wasn’t spending enough. I had a $50,000 credit line and was averaging $12,000 per month. I do not recommend.

Credit balance reduced to zero. No explanation. No customer support. Would recommend other companies stay away from Finally.

They freezed our business cards, halted our operations, and completely ignored us. This is the absolute worst, most unhelpful experience I have ever had with a financial institution. They are actively playing with people’s livelihoods and their reliance on their services. I would never recommend a company where you cannot get in contact with a responsible party, or where front-line staff are so restricted that they cannot transfer you to anyone higher up or capable of fixing a crisis, while simultaneously admitting they have no idea how to resolve the issue and can't explain the issue because it came from another team, and there is no way to contact that team. The representative they gave us was utterly useless. What is her actual job? Is she just a pretty face you put there to act as a shield, or do you actually trust her? As a trusted partner, her role should be to facilitate solutions for us. Even if she could not fix the issue directly, she should have had the authority to call the risk team directly and expedite this. This is a freaking business, not a game. Expecting a business client to wait 30 days for an email response is reckless and dangerous. What if I was stranded somewhere? You have blocked a company’s operations for weeks with absolutely zero communication and no one to help us to resolve the issue. I do not know who your COO is, but they need to be fired immediately. No smart person or even a regular person who has been to business school in the last few decades would ever design a broken, isolated system like this. You can hire me to replace them; I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, I can do a better job, and looking at your current structure, I can guarantee you will not last another 10 years in business operating like this. Furthermore, you clearly do not care about your customers' needs. Three weeks later, no one has called or answered us. I will never recommend you to another business, and I honestly wish nothing but failure for your institution.

Adding another entry to the saga of Finally reducing our credit account from $30,000 to $0 with no warning, and locking the rewards balance behind a 30 day contact window. Update June 19th, 2026: They have now told me that the rewards program is cancelled and no accrued rewards will be paid out. We had about $2,000 accrued. Others I'm sure lost more but that's still extremely frustrating. Do not trust this company.

Had Finally for a few months. Loved the idea of my technicians being able to upload receipts to the Finally portal, which is integrated with QBO. Started off great, the cards were finicky at times and declined randomly. Then about two weeks ago, the cards started declining for gas- our most common transaction and then for other things. I could not get ahold of my account rep. Spoke to a rep through the Finally portal and was told by that person that Finally decreased our credit limit by $30,000.. they did not notify us. I was told by the same rep that they did this to numerous companies. It's been almost a week since I contacted my account rep, still not have heard back. I ended up closing our account as we can't operate our business with cards constantly declining and no communication.
