I had a problem with the filters sent not being right sized. Matthew responded very promptly and sent new filters out immediately. Appreciate the solid customer service

I had placed an order for 4 filters and they were promptly delivered in about one week. The filters I ordered were the wrong size and I made a request to return the wrong size filters I had ordered. The company representative Ray Laguna responded almost immediately offering to replace the wrong size filters with correct ones at no cost to me even though the mistake was all mine. Great customer service.

Ordered filters for my home and really was confused with which ones were best. After I ordered I sent an email explaining my confusion and Matthew was awesome. He explained the differences and was able to change my order. Thank you!!

Ordered some Merv 11 filters that whistled when in use. Filled out a review because I wasn’t happy but didn’t expect to hear anything. Within the day, Matthew from customer service reached out and right away offered to exchange to a Merv8 and I just received them today and it fixed my issue. Great customer service!!! Will do business in the future. I withdraw my previous 2 star review. Thank you! Refreshing to get great customer service!

Recently I placed and ordered online and once it delivered, I realized I made a mistake my order, I emailed filter kings support and Ray Laguna responded promptly and professionally with an immediate solution to my issue. Im very pleased with this customer service.
