Ease of using

Form filling that's pretty much automated! Love it. Very easy to use and execute.

I was stupid enough to think they actually took care of the entire process for $88. Not so. They just fill out the form. As far as what they actually do, they do it fine. Nikki helped me when I mistyped some information, so as a form filling company they are fine. $88 seems excessive for the service.

So far using this is okay.

Fast form filler was a new experience for me. It was pretty clear on instructions, I would use again in the future.

Quick to fill out, however if you need to make changes/corrections once completed was a different story. I had to contact a service representative for assistance. The representative addressed the issues and made sure all my needs were handled before letting me go.

It was fairly easy, even for me, (as I can be computer/form challenged) to fill out the necessary documents. Instructions were clear and easy to understand.

Everything worked out, I got my passport. However, I wasn't aware that I was not on a government website. No idea this was a 3rd party 'helper' app that charged $69.99 (or something like that, maybe more, I forget). Was it worth be able to type in the info? I guess. Thanks
