Hi Anton, Your Send Money transaction SM-220713-D862 for 18.27 EUR (after fees) has already been approved on 13-Jul-2022. The money will be credited to the receiver’s bank account within 3-5 business days.
Fasterpay are opposite of there name, poor customer support and taken longer for varification and now my fund is stock with them don't no how to move out my fund and i need it urgently for my medical bill.

Hi Abdullahi, Your account has been fully verified on June 22 and all restrictions have been lifted. You may initiate a new Send Money request and it should work as expected. If you still encounter issues, you may reach out to our support team via the ‘Chat & Support’ section inside your FasterPay account. It may take a while for us to respond due to the huge volume of inquiries we are dealing with — but we will reply to your message as soon as we can.
If zero star was allowed I would have given them. They're fraudsters. I was scammed of 10$ since February and close my account for no reason. No refund made. Total scam. Your last reply from the chat was 6weeks ago no no option to refund my 10$

Simply They charge me 25$ and seller sent fake product No reply at all from the fasterpay team I think they are Not honest people Don’t use this gateway at all

no support whatsoever. been stuck on verify of my docs now for 5 days when it says 12h tops. never gonna use this useless firm again. STAY AWAY! Update: u actually come here to thrustpilot to answer my review but u cant answer my 10 mails i sendt u guys? unbelivable

Atrociously slow customer support for a website that handles currency transactions, there are businesses that rely on it's services to make money, and these people put a NON-EXISTENT spending limit on 'guest users. But for whatever BS reason, have their page set up to make you think you'll get in touch with somebody within the next 12 hours, WRONG. Now I assume they'll give me some LIE about how long it's taken and how they've had an increase of users, ALSO WRONG, it's summer time so the amount of people actually signing up goes down unlike winter times, DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY TRANSACTIONS REGARDING MONEY, RAN BY MID.EAS SCAMMERS FOR YOUR IDENTITY!!

Please guys refund my money back to my card account if you are not willing to release it. How on earth can I send a fund and its taking two weeks now and the status of the transaction is still reading pending? You guys have zero stars especially regarding attending to the customers. 😭😭
