The flights we wanted were not available, but Max found us flights that worked very well for close to the same price

I had a good experience with this company. They patiently and politely answered all my questions and ordered the wheelchair that I needed when changing planes. When our phone connection got iffy, the employee immediately called me back. When the price changed for the flight I needed, they called to let me know.

We booked a flight with Max Hooper. Due to unforeseen events our trip was not going to happen. Max was very helpful with the cancellation process. Recommend using this service.

I reserved United flights for on the Faresplanet website. Later same day I received a phone call from Max Hopper of Faresplanet during which she told me that United had no discounted fares in December, but Delta was offering 60% discounts. I accepted that word and made the Delta reservations suggested by Max. So far, the service is excellent.

We were on a call with Cynthia Willson who was extremely helpful with our query. I would highly recommend this company.
