Absolute waste of money, worst purchase I have ever 'fallen for'!

Bought the unbreakable bear. Waiting a month for the delivery and it didn’t even last a week. I have an 8.6kg frenchie, hardly a massive dog. Offering me £4 refund. Don’t bother, save your money

Absolute scam ordered 16/12 finally arrived 18/1/25 and lasted 2 hours! Absolute rubbish! Still waiting to hear back from this company!

Ordered *indestructible* bear dog toy. Took over 3 week to arive .Advert said full refund if destroyed. My adult dog took it apart in 7 minutes without to much trying. Customer service contacted, I've got refund offer for £2 , even tough the toy costed £14. Absolutely not worth it. Don't waste your money

Only giving 1 star as 0 is notan option. DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!! The "unbreakable bear" was killed in less than 5 minutes by an 8 month old cocker spaniel. And 1 was already damaged when taken out the packaging, they are sending a replacement but what's the point when it's badly made falsely advertised. Also takes about a month to arrive.

Ordered two months ago, been sat in transit now for 2 weeks in the uk. When I bought this I thought it was an English online shop. Never trust online shops- research them first I have learnt. Reading the reviews here I have wasted £22 on the item including postage- no money offered back yet. A big SCAM if you ask me

Do not use this company, showed on the website they were a local company in the Uk when they are in China. Bought an indestructible dog toy which my dog ripped in literally under 10 seconds which cost nearly £20 Contacted them and they offered £3 compensation when it’s advertised as money back guarantee. They also tried to take more out of my bank account than I authorised and had to contact my bank and get my cards stopped. Avoid this company at all costs. Scammers.
