EyescreambeautyReviews of eyescreambeauty.com

I ordered two subscriptions from them on 5/30/26. The box and the duochrome subscription. NO product arrived. Here it is 8/17/26. I reached out to Eyescream Beauty and no reply either. I second another reviewer. Buyer Beware!!

I have ordered twice from this company. Once for February’s Subscription box, but it was never delivered. I believe in giving second chances, so in June I ordered a July Duochrome subscription it never came either. I had to push to get my money back the first time. This time she will not answer or acknowledge that she hasn’t sent my order. On the website it says paid and unfulfilled. She has not refunded me my money. I sent her the proof. No answer. So buyer beware.

Let me praise CS, which I believe is the owner. She is wonderful at answering questions, and getting back to you. I didn't do the sub, but will very soon. I got the mystery box. What a fun, and awesome mix. But...oh that palette! It shipped quickly to me, and packed beautifully. I am now a fan, and understand all the hype!
