2-Pairs of glasses, 1 is fine, second are blurry. First time buyer. Disappointing..

It said next day . 6 day delivery is not what I expected. When I need the glasses.

This company has fantastic affordable glasses. They fit well are comfortable and are delivered quickly. However, their lens quality is not good. I supposedly have progressive lens with my prescription. They don’t work like my normal glasses or prescription sunglasses in the past. I have a hard time with any steps. It is hard to read using them. Basically, I only can use them as sunglasses when I am sitting or laying down outside. I called them back after they commented on this review. I would need to drive 2 hours to have them looked at by their store. They couldn't tell me what it would cost if I did that for them to fix it once they saw it was the wrong prescription. Moral: Don't order online.

I order on the 28 of November I’m not getting them till the 4 of December and it says 24 hours delivery I could of picked them up I work in Sumter SC

Couldn’t get PD to work.

Through the last 3 days I've had one ordinary problem make payment I received Britt burst loan for my three eyeglasses the only issue is I didn't know you had to use a debit card I have been here three different times I'm going to let you know let you in on a little thing I lost my job on Wednesday of last week so it was a timely type of situation I needed to purchase these at least Saturday because Insurance wouldn't have kept me on for another week I don't understand it was out of my paycheck on Wednesday but obviously they couldn't wait until the next following paycheck to remove me so is a timely manner that it had to purchase these I went through one ordeal after another with this debit card that was frozen because I put money on it I had nobody else to go through so I waited on the debit card to be on Frozen on a Saturday the girl Jasmine she didn't know how to resubmit the order when all she had to do is resubmit the order I came here Monday I was just recently to find out my insurance was canceled and I couldn't use the loan I couldn't receive the two glasses that were already specially made for me I couldn't make a payment because I was on a timely thing I needed it done taken care of I had a whole week three different times coming to this place to get my readers because my glasses weren't made exactly for computers and now I'm stuck with these old glasses when you have my readers already made as well as my sunglasses and I can't pay cash because I lost my job I'm in the middle of trying to find a new one that is my predicament now but thank you for the help thank you for the three days of crap I had to go through thank you for not accepting cash app I will not be coming to get my glasses because I do not have money to afford it that's why I was trying to submit it on the insurance if it was just done Saturday it would have went through fine but they got to the office on Monday to cancel my insurance and put it at effective as the first but if we would have processed it through on Saturday it would have went through I do apologize about this whole ordeal but it took 3 days when all I needed to do was submit one pair of eye glasses on Friday and would have been taken care of but because you did not accept credit cards or cash app for this loan I could not receive them you know where this puts me in a bad predicament the worst ever I will never shop with you again you can keep the glasses you made for me I mean there's I can't get them have a great day and thank you for letting me leave this comment will never ever return

I've bought several pairs of eyeglasses from you in the past BUT there is no mention of past purchases in my account.

it was not at the store when told it was ready for pick-up by email.
