Experience okay, glasses good
Good: Easy to order with existing prescription. Ordered at a site visit, they set up my account and ordered for me. Glasses were delivered quicker than expected and are exactly what I ordered. Bad: On-site representative was VERY busy and overwhelmed, and a little rude. All of the frames I was interested in were not available.. ended up getting frames that are okay but not what I wanted.

Technician was very friendly. I heard him with another client who he was having communications with. The tech was very patient and sincerely tried to help.

It was timely as I was in desperate need of a good pair of safety glasses that I could see both near and far with.
It was timely, convenient as it was at my place of employment. The examiner was polite and seemed thorough.
