Good The site is easy to use and navigate. Bad The range of selections is much more limited. I didn't understand the difference between digital and freeform lenses and there was no help available. You don't offer a hard case option which I would pay extra for.

CUSTOMER SERVICE FAILED TO GO THE MILE. IAM A PART OF THE TRANSITION TEAM HAVE ORDERED FROM YOU BEFORE. MY PERSCRIPTION DID NOT CHANGE. I SUPPLIED ALL THE CORRECT DOCUMENT I WAS TOLD I WAS NOT PART OF THE TRANSITION TEAM. ONCE THE ISSUE WAS RESOLVED I DID NOT RECIEVE AND UPDATE ADVISING I CAN NOW COMPLETE THE ORDER. I kept having to restart my order because the total to be covered by Rivian kept changing. This has never happened before. I hope the process is easier in the future.
