This was my first experience, and I felt that it went very well. Compared to going into a doctor’s office, I found this experience to be much better. The visit did not feel rushed, everything was explained clearly, and I felt that I understood everything that was discussed.

Easy to use and good flow. Nice option to see example of glasses on your portrait. Integrates well with benefit to understand out of pocket costs versus covered costs.

Took a while to locate where to upload the prescription

Easy ordering at work! I just stopped by the iPad set up jut for the ordering process and was even able to upload a copy of my prescription right there.
