Easy to order, fast delivery, product I needed, great pricing

Received my order. I’m happy with the glasses. I had a problem with them not staying on my face. I called and they thought the size was too big so I was gonna send them back, but it was just an adjustment needed with the arms I looked it up on the Internet and ended up using the hairdryer to make the plastic more pliable and adjusted Over my ears and they are fine now. I think the company should know more about how to adjust one fit isn’t just right

It took almost a month due to back order issues. Other than that it was great

Overall experience was great. Picking out glasses is easy. Uploading your prescription is easy. Tons of options to choose from and I saved a lot of money through this website instead of purchasing sunglasses at my usual spot. I also received my order a lot sooner than what was initially estimated. My only gripe, was when I received my sunglasses, one of the lenses had a smudge on it. First thing you want to do when you get a fresh pair of glasses is try them on and see how they look. I think they should pay closer attention to the minor details and they will be perfect!

Online experience was great and arrived sooner than date provided. The glasses did arrive in a small case that is not suitable for use because it's small and does not fit the glasses.

The delivery service took three extra days to deliver the package. Maybe Eyeconic should switch to a more reliable delivery service.

I have all four glasses. My and my daughter's glasses. We love them. Thanks!
