Hey Sandie, We’d like to clarify that Explodely and the seller operate as separate entities, and pricing or additional costs are determined by the individual seller, not by our platform. Please be assured we always honour our 60-day money-back guarantee and in line with that, we can confirm that it has been processed from our end. It takes a few business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
