The company is unwilling to disclose anything about how their Delta-8 flower is made. As a health conscious person I won't continue using their products because of this. I don't eat things that I don't know the ingredients of... (I don't vape or smoke things that I don't know the ingredients of either). I reached out to them inquiring how the delta-8 is made (ie is this a natural compound that's sprayed on, or is it a synthetic compound, etc)... it took them several days and they responded that they have a proprietary process that they can't disclose. I didn't want specific details about their process, just a general understanding of what I'm consuming. Exhale Wellness made no attempt to elucidate... their response just seemed lazy and uncaring to be honest. Mediocre customer service left a bad impression I'm sorry to say.

The beginning of the first few puffs seemed like it did the trick, the effects did not last long.

I can’t give 5 stars because I am a true smoker after doing research I see that your product is not as potentate as I hoped for its recommend by to the people who just want a mild smoke and not a heavy smoker like myself. It was worth the try!!

The tracking information was never updated in my order so I chatted in and asked a few questions and the first person that assisted me ignored what I said and just gave generic answers that I already knew. I asked to be transferred and the second agent was more helpful. I asked if my order was late would I be able to recieve a partial refund or coupon for my next order. She gave the coupon that's already available on the website which is ridiculous. She gave the tracking info but could have tried harder with a disappointed customer and the first guy had no flipping clue what he was doing.
