Placed order 3/11/23. The order hasn’t moved since 3/14/23.

What I dislike is the inability to track my packages. According to DHL, they were still awaiting the 2 packages as of the 12th. No updates after the 12th. Today is the 15th.

Delivery took longer than expected Product is quite fine

They need to be upfront and honest about their shipping and processing times so people can make an informed decision. Also sending out the exact same form letter stating that they will “begin processing orders in a few days”after every order inquiry is unacceptable. I ordered products from other companies in the same zip code and they were processed and shipped within 2 days and delivered within 4 so not sure what they are doing wrong and it’s also unacceptable to charge customers credit cards when they take the order and sit on our money rather than when products ship like most reliable companies do.this caused me to run out of product and I would have used my money to purchase from a company that can deliver promptly.

It feels like the latest order is taken a bit longer than usual.
