Air sockets keep getting stuck. You have to suck real hard for it to come out.

I’m giving it to you because I’ve called about your product several times as well as emailed. No one has made an effort to contact me back and that’s very disappointing and not good at that customer service.

My order went through just fine, their website is very informative and easy to navigate, and shipped on time. I previously would have left 5 stars. Unfortunately I found out after placing my order that marijuana makes me feel unwell and increases my anxiety. Once my items arrived I sent a return/request form and explained my situation. I never opened anything. I sent another form a few days later in case my previous had not gone through. And as of this morning two emails (I waited a few days between) but support has not contacted me. I hope I have not wasted money on something I cannot use. My review and rating will change if I hear back from support and resolve the problem.

I didn’t get my full order. It was missing a vape pen. I emailed twice asking for it to be sent to me which is my preference over a refund but I have not received an email back. I’m still hopeful you will make good on this omission.
