Customer service was great. My first package was lost, I contact customer service, they ask me if I wanted a refund or replacement and they sent out replacement immediately. I bought Delta 8 for my husband, who has PTSD, anxiety, and diabetes. This really help improve his mental strength and helps him stay calm.
