ExaVault Cloud FTPReviews of exavault.com

I've been using ExaVault for a few years now and am very satisfied with the service. The speed is great and setup is quick and flexible. I've watched as the service has improved over time with better sharing and access features but without ever losing the original intent for it to be a solid reliable FTP storage solution that any FTP Client can connect to. Thank you ExaVault!

Exavault has a seamless and elegant sign up system and really knowledgeable staff who are well informed about all your file transfer needs. I highly recommend there service for its excellent customer service alone. This is a product that works the first time every time and is a pleasure to use.

Exavault provides us with a secure, fast and hassle-free means of transferring large amounts of sensitive data for a low cost and without the headaches that we've experienced with other companies of this type.

I needed a service that charged us like a utility (storage/bandwidth/etc...) not by the user. I needed my entire staff (70) to have their own logins (even tho some may never login or only occasionally) so they could be appropriately notified of received files and ExaVault was the only service I found with comprehensive features that didn't charge by the user! We can do upload-only file drops and expiring links to large files, as well as full, upload/download, web-based file sharing of entire folders with granular permissions and per-user notifications. Their support is super-responsive and they are constantly improving the service. Also, did I mention the utility pricing?

I'm the IT Manager for a General Contractor in Seattle with 180 computer-using staff members. We have been using Exavault for a year and a half, and I couldn't be more pleased with them. Their file sharing interface is easy to use, even for users with limited computer skills. It's also packed with features. You can use it in its most basic function (share files), or you can take advantage of other features like notifications, permission levels, viewing history, etc. Below is a thank-you email I sent to them, after they fixed a problem THE SAME DAY I contacted them. Communicative, knowledgeable, excellent design. I wish all companies were like Exavault. = = = = = This is very impressive. I love how the Exavault team is so responsive and helpful. You guys really rock it! I just tested on an XP machine with IE 8… BAM! Works like a charm. I really appreciate your timeliness, and the efforts from the dev team to create a fix for this issue. You could have easily rested on the “we don’t support IE 8” notion and you would have been well within fair expectations. The fact that you didn’t stop there, and fixed the issue, is excellent customer service. It allows us to let our people and their clients go on with things the way they expect, without having to jump through extra hoops. We could’ve instructed the affected clients to download and install Firefox, paste in the appropriate link, etc. But it would be extra steps and time and frankly the people affected by this issue are probably the ones most likely to get frustrated and not do it properly without a lot of handholding. Exavault provides a robust and EASY service. Its seamless nature helps make file sharing very easy for our staff and clients. I really appreciate this. Thanks very much!

I started using Exavault a few years ago and am very happy with the service. The network speeds and reliability have been great, and the website just keeps getting better. When I had some questions for support, they responded very quickly and with all of the info I needed. I highly recommend the service.

I am not the regular user of Exavault in our company but got a crash course in it yesterday when we had a small emergency. Having no previous knowledge of Exavault Dylan and Amy were quick to respond, several times, to resolve our problem. They explained everything clearly and followed up to ensure we were satisfied. I have complete faith in Dylan, Amy and the rest of the tech support team. I highly recommend Exavault and their customer support! Thank you!

I've been using ExaVault for almost a year now, and things that used to be problems are just simple now. Setting everything up was fast and things just work!
